  • Reference lists are not included in the word count.
  • I will only request co-authorship on journal manuscripts if, in addition to drafting or revising the manuscript, I make substantial contributions to the conception/design of the work or the acquisition, analysis, or interpretation of data AND provide approval of the version to be published AND agree to be accountable for the accuracy or integrity of any part of the work I have provided. These criteria are based on ICMJE guidelines.
  • I offer this service in British or American English. I’m a native Brit, but I’ve lived in the US and am married to an American; as a result, I speak both languages.
  • My specialist expertise is in metabolism, biochemistry, nutrition, and exercise science, with a focus on cardiometabolic diseases, such as obesity and type 2 diabetes. However, I can provide services across a broad range of health and medical sciences and have worked on projects on cancer, immunology, inflammation, neurological diseases (dementia, Alzheimer’s), heart disease, reproductive health, and food/dietary supplements.
