- Any clinical data must be completely de-identified before sharing.
- You must blind me from any group or treatment allocations.
- I use Python and R for data science, machine learning, and statistical programming. So, I can work with TXT, CSV, or XLSX file types.
- I will only request co-authorship on journal manuscripts if, in addition to drafting or revising the manuscript, I make substantial contributions to the conception/design of the work or the acquisition, analysis, or interpretation of data AND provide approval of the version to be published AND agree to be accountable for the accuracy or integrity of any part of the work I have provided. These criteria are based on ICMJE guidelines.

2️⃣ Cost estimate
🔸 We will discuss the details by email/phone call/video chat to help me understand your needs and how I might help.
🔸 Then, I’ll email you a cost estimate along with an expected time frame, tailored to meet your deadline.
3️⃣ I get to work
🔸 If you agree to the project terms and confirm that you want to proceed, you email me your file(s) and I get to work.
🔸 When I’ve completed the work, I’ll email you the new file(s) and an invoice for payment.
4️⃣ Follow-up
🔸 If aspects of my work need clarification, I offer a no-cost follow-up communication to answer questions.
🔸 Repeated edits of files/documents beyond the initial follow-up will incur additional charges at the hourly or per-word rate, whichever is applicable.
