🔸 We will discuss the details by email/phone call/video chat to help me understand your needs and how I might help.
🔸 Then, I’ll email you a cost estimate along with an expected time frame, tailored to meet your deadline.
3️⃣ I get to work
🔸 If you agree to the project terms and confirm that you want to proceed, you email me your file(s) and I get to work.
🔸 When I’ve completed the work, I’ll email you the new file(s) and an invoice for payment.
4️⃣ Follow-up
🔸 If aspects of my work need clarification, I offer a no-cost follow-up communication to answer questions.
🔸 Repeated edits of files/documents beyond the initial follow-up will incur additional charges at the hourly or per-word rate, whichever is applicable.
